Solving Nero Power Calibration Error

Each time you burn a CD or DVD with your DVD writer using a Nero software you may encounter a “Power Calibration Error” at the middle of the writing process. This error can waste your blank media and render it useless particularly if the error occurs while already burning. There are a number of forums who have discussion about “Power Calibration Error” but only one solution works for me and for your problem as well.

Some says, it could be the blank media that causes this error, but in my experience, it was on and off on the same media either cheap or expensive. I have resolved this issue by reducing the write speed of the Nero program to one step. Say if your Nero currently set to write at 8X speed, try going backwards to 6X and this problem will surely gone.
