Internet Explorer Closes Automatically

After clicking on Internet Explorer icon then it opens and suddenly closes or quits on itself then you may have been infected by a malicious software or Browser Helper Object. This issues cannot be resolve by reinstalling Internet Explorer because the malware have something to do with the Windows Registry.

To resolve the issue on Internet Explorer Quits Automatically please do the following:

Cleaning Internet Explorer:

1.   Click on Start,  and then click Control Panel.
2.   On Control Panel window, double-click Internet Options.
3.   Click the Advanced tab.
4.   Under Browsing, uncheck the “Enable third-party browser extensions*” 
5.   Restart Internet Explorer.

Scanning and removing Malware:

1. Download free tool Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop.

2. Double-click the downloaded mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
Note: Some trojans may prevent you to install this software. Please rename it a desired name, ie: file.exe

3. This will install the software on your computer, proceed with the installation using the default settings when prompted.

4 Make sure that the two options are marked checked:
- Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (must be connected to internet)
- Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

5. Click Finish.

6. MBAM will launch and you will be asked to update the program, please do so.

7. Scan thoroughly the computer and remove infected files found.

8. Reboot the computer. You may repeat the scanning process to make sure that your system is totally clean.
