How to do Hard Reset on Palm Centro
About: Hard reset is required for a Palm Centro that hangs due to application errors. Sometime, a virus can also cause for the Palm Centro to stop working and in this case a Hard Reset is also required.
If your Palm Centro handheld device freezes, hangs or locked up and you wanted to perform a hard reset, you can do it by following this method:
1. Remove the battery from the unit.
2. Hold down the Power button while inserting back the battery
3. You must hold power button until SECOND Palm logo appears. The first logo comes with a black progress bar, the screen will goes blank then the second Palm logo will appear.
